Everyone conducts a staff survey from time to time, but how much do they reveal? What do your staff really think, and really want?

Deep Listening is a facilitated survey process based on 1:1 depth interviews and group discussions with all respondents.

Deep Listening interviews are conducted by an experienced business coach, in confidence. All responses are anonymised. Results are both qualitative and quantitative.

A Deep Listening Staff Survey digs deep into the attitudes and beliefs that are the foundations of behaviour and performance. This generates critical feedback for the leadership team.

We then turn what we learn into a powerful feedback presentation for all staff, who feel great because they’ve been listened to carefully.
