Deeper Listening » Deeper Understanding Everyone conducts a staff survey from time to time, but how much do they reveal? What do your staff really think, and really want? Deep Listening is a facilitated survey process based on 1:1 depth interviews and group discussions with all respondents. Deep Listening interviews are conducted by an experienced business coach, in confidence. All responses are anonymised. Results are both qualitative and quantitative. A Deep Listening Staff Survey digs deep into the attitudes and beliefs that are the foundations of behaviour and performance. This generates critical feedback for the leadership team.
