Someone with high impact will usually outperform someone with low impact... in winning work, running teams & managing clients.

Impact is adjustable. It’s not something we are born with. But most people don’t know where their controls are.

Deep Impact is delivered as an interactive workshop over two full days:

YOUR VOICE: mindset, truth, voice, posture, presence,
power, control

YOUR STORY: the importance of story, facts & feelings, images & words, questions & answers, dialogue & conversation
YOUR PERFORMANCE: bringing it all together,
in all types of meeting

Deep Impact will help you to:

understand the forces that define your current impact level
explore the foundations of presentation and performance
learn how to tune your presentation to the situation
develop personal strategies for large and small meetings,
formal and informal presentations
handle mistakes, conflict and aggression
speak without fear
commit to a personal impact development plan

Delegates will take away Deep Impact tools and guiding principles to support their continued development.

Deep Impact is designed and delivered by Peter Nowlan
and Nick Burnell.

Peter Nowlan is a professional business performance coach, working with individuals and teams, and has sector experience with a number of leading firms of architects. He leads workshops and conferences and is an accomplished public speaker. Nick Burnell is an immensely experienced actor and director, and a specialist in presentation and performance coaching. He has taught at a number of theatre schools, lectured in Drama at Surrey University and was Artistic Director of The Spectrum Theatre in Cambridge . I would like to say that those sessions and the reports which followed were very beneficial. The immediate benefit was to have the opportunity to present my project and get a professional feedback, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses. Liz made me aware of important aspects of the business like branding and corporate image. I am grateful to Liz for all her support and advice.
